All of our PFA and PTFE-lined products are manufactured at our advanced facility, equipped with state-of-the-art PTFE extrusion and sintering equipment. We have a dedicated Paste Extrusion Centre and multiple PFA molding machines, allowing us to produce PFA-lined columns and fittings up to 20”NB, along with PTFE expansion bellows up to 42”NB/DN1050, offering the highest temperature and pressure ratings in the industry.

Vinyl Polymers also specializes in custom-designed sampling valves and systems, developed through close collaboration with our clients to solve specific challenges. We manufacture the FluoroFlow range of PFA-lined sight glasses, poppet check valves, and swing check valves. Additionally, we stock a wide range of Flowserve Atomac PFA-lined ball valves, check valves, sight glasses, and Durco plug and butterfly valves.
